ICO is still used in many projects now but often they will cooperate with the IEO. founders will also spend extra money on exchange promotion for their projects.For no one it is a secret that this year for the ICOs was not the best

Currently, investing in new projects is the trend of the market and we should spend some money to invest in projects on large exchanges.
I think they are making a good strategy when they start conducting and ICO and when they can raise a good amount to pay for the IEO listing that would give them better opportunity to raise more.
This is some kind of a smart idea to increase the possibility to reach their goal and I hope all projects would also employ the strategy and not just stick with full ICO period which has less change to even raise the soft cap.
