There are many programs where it is necessary to watch video to get reward but I do not know about such programs on blockhain and payment in tokens.
Thanks transparancy of blockchain it is a good idea to create a platform for watching video on blockhain. If the platform will be popular and it will be a lot of users the tokens will be in demand.
