Actually I like to see this chart if we're comparing it to the current status of bitcoin. The alts have tanked that much and you can see a big difference for most of them from the chart given by op.
This means that bitcoin has recovered much and has nearly brought the alts to its season. I'm positive to see the bull run since there will be more news upcoming regarding Bakkt on July 21 (IIRC).
