Thank you for the quick reply, and I confirm hereby that I could transfer BSV from CEX wallet to Guarda wallet successfully within a hour, and the fee was clear and reasonable (0.001), talking about the email notification sent a month ago, as for me, I couldn't find that email, and I think IMO the:
is not clear enough (for how long? and how much?) which makes hosting/trading crypto in CEX hard to predict.
