This is true initial coin offer was running own site. So everyone has unregulated path to funds increase. I only believe Binance exchange IEO offer, only this exchange has highest record to successful.

Binance was the first exchange to implement the IEO in 2019. But there were also many other successful IEO exchanges. Some examples are Gate ... Okex .. These 2 exchanges are also very successful with their IEO projects. The average profit is 5-10 times for each project
Such a great success is only happened because of the limited offer of the token supply. Just imagine, top exchange will sell a token to a limited quantity of individuals and then it will pump it - what could be better. Small exchanges didn't successed in IEO because they don't have such hype. But is a long term all those projects will have price problems, because of the inflation.
