Can you explain exactly what is an IEO. It's the second time I hear someone mentioning that. Isn't it similar to an ICO? But Sirius was airdropped.
an IEO is something simulair to ICO but then they hold it on an exchange ( less chanche for scam) but i never heard about an IEO for sirius
This was an airdrop though. But who knows, maybe it can attract new investors. I remember that Neo (Antshares) had to separate ICO one year apart.
