Hello sir, after doing some investigating on your issue, the reason why the transaction failed is that the withdrawal address that you indicated was a newly generated address and did not have any transaction history. The way that smart contracts are executed on the tron network often make it difficult to send funds from automated smart contract to newly generated address with no transaction history. We ask that you make some transfer of a small amount to one of your other addresses OR if you need assistance with this, I will personally try to arrange a small transfer so that the network will recognize your new address and you can resubmit the withdrawal request and now that you will have some transaction history the smart contract will execute the transfer as it attempted to do so 12 hours ago when you made the request.
