Everyone knows the suffering of Ethereum due to it's low scalability. The use and adoption of Ethereum has been affected by it. that sounds weird for me and hat about so many solutions that already created by vitalik in the past? It sounds like vitalik will become the next team a part of roger and jihan wu lol. I guess we need more information about that. Seriously this is an unexpected thing.
