If people would stop feeding the troll they would all fall off into oblivion very quickly and most folks wouldn't even know this troll. It appears that some of the other trolls in P&S enjoy chatting with him like they are having some kind of rational debate and discussion about reality, so fuck it let the trolls circle jerk each other all they want IMO!
I tend to stay completely out of his threads, if a report comes in I will gladly deal with it, if not they can alt right conspiracy theory echo chamber each other all day long as far as I'm concerned.
At the moment I'm writing this there are 5 topics with no replies and the other have barely reached the 5-15 area even if they are 3 days old. It's either that the trolls have serious diabetes or whatever STD those topics carry.
I know that "iamnotback " got banned for a different reason but theymos statement on it can also be applied here:
He has several accounts all banned for ban evasion. It seems that the underlying offense which caused him to initially get into trouble (and often the thing which causes his alts to get noticed) is excessive multi-posting. But when he was warned and/or temporarily banned for this minor thing, he kept evading his bans. This forum cannot operate unless its few rules are followed, so ignoring the warnings and temporary bans that you receive and continuing to do the same stuff is unacceptable. People who do so are not welcome here.
Indeed, that was for polluting topics and not the entire board with topics but it's quite the same. If you ignore someone's topics you can also ignore someone's posts in a topic, just replace don't enter the topic with don't read these posts
Free speech and all that. 
I'm really curious where is the line where Theymos thinks freedom of speech ends.
Probably when that section turns to graphic material.
