Black people, and all time of people have the exact same DNA. They are part of the same species. Every piece of brain, bone, etc are found in each other, and they can reproduce with each other and have healthy babies.

By exact I pretty much mean the same teeth in the exact same positions. Thousands of them. The exact same set/number of genes. From some one in Uganda to China. They're just expressed differently. For example the nose will be different. But it will also be different than others from the same country.
