Why would anyone spend money for it?
Money laundering or tax reasons I guess, claiming capital gains that happened to someone else.
I am not sure the OP understand the real need of his potential customer or not. Probably (his dream) few % current market price. But anyway he need to do it P2P if someone really need it, no one will do it online unless he give the address first.
