Did you obtain these VCC legally? Can anyone create them without KYC?

I find it hard to believe you were able to create a virtual card with no documents but an IBAN, if not impossible.

Did you register these cards at a reputable bank/service or are you reselling them from another sketchy service? (Such as Bitvisa(?))
AKA: will they go down after 2 weeks, or not?
