Primedice is legit gambling sites since last few years ago and up to now so if you win 10bitcoin to your bet and you want to withdraw it I think they will allow you because that is your money already and I don't see any problem why Primedice will won't allow you to withdraw your winnings. But betting like that amount of the bitcoin is very risky you can lose in one betting only.
