It always been like that since form its existence..
Ain't no wonder why it goes like this, the bull run we aim this year is quite silence and we are still in doubts if this pumps we experience will have its path to the top or a sudden drop we might have. It actually weren't going so far at this time..though I'm not in thinking of negative but it is really hard for the price especially for altcoins to rise up just like it did last 2017 bull run.
Different market conditions, 2017 many new altcoins were born, and that made the adoption and trading of altcoin increase very fast. whereas this year I think only traders and investors are spinning their trading capital on several assets, such as bitcoin and stable assets.
this year, you can see for yourself, there are still too many project scams, and very few projects have succeeded with their IEO. not much goes from those who have succeeded.
