Yes the issue was resolved last night shortly after he made the comment. The issue was due to his withdrawal address which had no transaction history and therefore was not recognized as a valid address by the smart contract. Smart contract executed transfers will often fail if the receiving address has no transaction history. So our contract tried to send the withdraw shortly after he made the request but Bc he was using a withdrawal address that no use and no history, the transfer failed.
We took the proactive step of using an external address to make a small transfer to his withdrawal address which validated his address on the tron network and then we reinitiated the execution of the smart contract which sent the funds and this time it was successful.
I wont disclose the transaction ID because I do not wish to jeopardize the privacy of this user but on our other thread he confirmed last night that he received the funds and everything was resolved shortly after we were made aware of the situation.
