Developers - you know about pessimistic and optimistic estimates. Why you told to the public your optimistic estimate and moving release date each day?
Don't you understand that better to say more pessimistic date first and release earlier than promised? Are you 100% sure that tomorrow you are releasing new feature? if no - just tell it now, don't push the release date tomorrow again.
