which two exchanges are you talking about?  As far as I know, the development team wants to run IEO on just one exchange, or have they already entered into an agreement with another exchange?

It is possible and Scam but not even a bad way to make money quickly. Risk is everywhere.

IEO closes 3rd september. And quite possibly the addition of a fresh event during that period . I read that MVP development was started, but it is difficult to say about its readiness.
