Helploop’s work structure may seems as a pyramid, but today every small or big business have it’s own pyramid structure as Labours come to the bottom of Employees, above them are the Managers, then above them are the Regional Managers, then above them are the National Managers > International Managers > CEOs > Directors > Founders > Chairmen.
