I am looking for directories allowing to publish an ICO for free... there are many paid ones but I want the list of the free ones........
is there actually someone who actively searches these pages and takes the entries seriously?
for a long time 99% of all entries are paid, lied and decorated. so why do the work and list somewhere what maybe even costs something?
