Their system suck ... even an idiot can go to your own "webpage" and enter dispatched and a date. Anything else is lame excuses.
this will stop 99% of the rants .. having to beg for information is retard and you .. not us .. you need to fix this.

And KWH I do have a order number 1185 but you would have known that if you gave a **** as per the failed responses
from customers service.
I will have a "full refund" (unless you want to blame this on a "transaction malleability problem") if this items not proven that its is in transit and then I'll go a buy a frame from someone who gives and **** and basic shipping information.
I misunderstood - I thought you were complaining about the tracking not updating:) Your order was updated 2 days after that mail - if you haven't received the update or can't see it when you login please pm me and I'll send you your tracking number. It's 11pm here so I'm hitting the hay, but will pick this thread up tomorrow.
