Yes, many projects that have made IEO sales in the various exchanges they choose to attract investors, but in my opinion if you want a lot of investors or interested buyers, you must do the IEO on a well-known stock exchange or top rank because there are always lots of invetsor.
Actually all projects certainly want to do that. Perform an IEO at the top exchange or large exchange. But unfortunately not all projects can do that, only projects that are truly real and good can do the IEO on a large exchange. So it's no wonder that many projects do the IEO on a mediocre exchange.
