Trippier is officially an Atletico Madrid player:

Anyone wonder if Tottenham really are tightening that noose around their neck? Trippier to Madrid?
It's a done deal. Official announcement either today or tomorrow. https://www.marca.com/en/football/spanish-football/2019/07/17/5d2f39a622601d33018b459e.html

Is it just me, or Trippier should be worth much more than 20-30M when compered with other recent transfers?
It's not just you, I also think 30M for the RB of England NT is an absolute bargain (especially if you consider that Harry Maguire could leave Leicester for €90 million!).

Also, didn't he have a contract with Spurs until 2022? Just wtf happened that they let him go for so cheap? LOL  Roll Eyes

What a day for Newcastle fans, they just lost 0-4 against Wolves in a friendly, and Steve Bruce is officially the new manager[1]. Yikes!

LOL, RIP Newcastle...
At least one the promoted teams (Norwich, Sheffield United, Aston Villa) is guaranteed to remain in the Premier league for the 20/21 season since it's very, very likely that Newcastle will get relegated  Grin Tongue
