Bounty is absolutely not relevant now.  There is absolutely no meaning from them.
Why? I have seen many users who participate in the bounty. This is an option to attract users.
In order for the project to become more popular, a lot of people should hear about it, and a target audience is needed. It is possible that the bounty will attract different categories of investors. But for larger investments, the team must use other tools.
