For each block, multiple mint transactions are submitted by multiple users, but only the "best" mint transaction is added to the next block. At the end of the initial mining, there will only be 200000 coins mined (each with a value of 1000), no matter how many mint transactions are submitted.
I mean, five identical wallet addresses, more than a million. Would that be ineffective?
