Projects that have canceled their ICO last year are doing a come back doing IEO so there must be changes to their plans after the bear cripples the market for awhile. It don't see ETH to be real great platform for gambling project like Lucky Strike though. Another platform has claimed it already like the TRX or they could just migrate to Binance chain, its also a way to get them easy listing on binance. Not really a guarantee but its a more reliable platform.
