Considering volume, none exchange is comparable with Binance.  If they have coin you plan to trade I believe both will be fine. Just move your coins off exchange after trading. It is simple rule that can turn even super bad exchange OK. If you trade on one exchange that is hacked next day it changes nothing for you since you already pulled your coins out.
