Pretty sure that's not how it works. Dusk is now listed on Binance DEX and I don't think the team will try to get listed on Binance before their mainnet is released. But these are all my personal speculations but even if DUSK already knew that they will be listed on Binance at one point they wouldn't be allowed to make this information public now.
