I don't feel that it is a bear market, Bitcoin rise and drop a lot but is still doing fine, but all the rest of my alt coins still seems to be sleeping.
They are not sleeping, check your altcoins if the volume is still good and considerable but if not you should start thinking if you should sell them for bitcoin and any other reliable altcoins.
Yeah it looks like we're not on the bear market anymore and significant decrease are just normal and correction that we should meet while we're about to go to the top.
