A similar project was from the Russian team in 2018 ( January-February), but it was not successful. For some reason, everyone wants to invest in HYIP projects, new exchanges and know-how, but bypass the sphere of medicine. I do not think that you will find feedback from ordinary investors, most likely you should turn to only venture funds.
