Dice rolling might be exploitable in a casino (3 - 8 bits of entropy) but not in the context of a 128-256 bit entropy (or even 64 bits - eg 4-6 word diceware passphrase).

There is nothing that beat the warm fuzzy feeling; sitting with your tinfoil hat under a blanket generating a private key based on a 99 digit base6 number with a calibrated dice... only quantum based number can have higher entropy
