as you can see in my previous post I have researched and analyzed a lot regarding centralized and decentralized market derivative as well as a non-derivatives market.
been in contact with lots of protocols that are in hand ready to have partnered.
SO what I am really building?
and WHy I am here?

To answer the first question. Building an exchange that people will rely upon in terms of trust and quality takes a lot of time.
and what I have concluded till now is
-people need money control in their hand
-a good exchange support system to quickly resolve their issues.
-fast TPS
-active education to newbies out there to safeguard their interests.

what I have come up with is I am working on a platform that is fast, non-custodial, even it will be like a bank account if you have excess funds you can earn interest annually as per the market rate.

coming to the second.
I have spent hours and days and been into it for 2 years. I have nearly all the things ready just want initial  seed Fund to Hire
-DEVELOPER
- QA's
- Etc

I know you want to look at whitepaper and website - but there is nothing of value if the project doesn't deliver and this is not a get rich quick scheme its will take around 6-8 months after initial MVP releases.

I am open ears if anyone has some doubt about this being a scam.
more importantly, I know that ICO/IEO scams have been done before but not everybody is a scammer.

if somebody thinks that what about others exchanges what about the competition they are obviously before you and are bigger then you how you would compete them.

Obviously I have measured this situation and went through that too and have a practical marketing program without wasting investor's money. So don't criticize that.
