In my prediction i think every price altcoin is still down because fail and scam project.A good project lock their token to save a fall price. But its not give effect to make their price is up because too little buyer in market.
Will the altcoin raise again in middle 2019 ?
Currently many IDO, IEO and ICO projects are tending to be vesting from 20% - 40%, the rest will be paid after a few months. It is a very good policy from potential projects and they are working together to create a more stable market, not to pump and dump too much.
But it seems the whales are unhappy and they are gradually selling BTC and the alts.
Currently the market is still red, the upcoming price of BTC will return at $ 9k5. and bull run will start when Libra goes straight to the cryptocurrency and everything will grow strongly again.
