are they not capable of creating their own chain and since you want to compare shard then they are also doing an upgrade in their whitepaper and roadmap that is one of the biggest technological advancements sharding that one of the shard team proposed for bitcoin back in 2012 and i guess is why they created shard to integrate making it the original coin to propose the sharding proposal that other coins are now looking to copy and its literally in the coins name lol massive technological advancement meanwhile solaris forking stratis
