Adding new rules for participants of on the Binance launchpad will be catalizator in this case and I highly believe the uptrend continuation of the exchange coins included Binance coin. Small and reliable exchanges have already originated the main idea of exchange offered token sales, the standards are not stable in the technologically-financial world.
