So far since I've played in Primedice back in almost 3 years from now, I've seen no problem and issue to me. I also doesn't see or heared such cases where in they don't allow a user to withdraw funds. Nevertheless if you think that your activity could be suspicious for them, then don't you just play a capital you're willing to gamble in just one account.
