I was successfully paid until the closing of the campaign (2015), recently found out that they had resumed and joined. coins are awarded but the withdrawal button does not work. I did not get banned
Their campaign got banned recently after the spam generated by them became unbearable. The ban expired a little bit ago and their campaign stopped working after that, so obviously it's not working and you're not getting paid.
Right now there is no official announcement, so if you're still wearing their signature, chances are you are promoting them for free and you will not get paid, and they will not even thank you for promoting them for free, better take out the code.
