This looks crazy because you only allocate 420 000 C50 for bounty while pre sale price is 1 ETH = 90,000 C50. So it only allocates around 4.7 ETH to participants 
We have pre-minted a certain amount of coins for the bounty. These pre-minted coins are in line with the standard range of coins that have been allocated for other ICO/IEO that have had bounties in the past or bounties that are currently ongoing. We have decided to allocate a large share of coins to our early access members as we believe they should be rewarded for their trust.
Our bounty is currently ongoing and we would encourage you to participate in it as we have sent out coins to our participants from week 1 and week 2.

Good response from the development team about the project they will run, but I think you should make something unique or striking to make your project attractive to investors later.
We are currently working on a project that hopefully will involve a number of companies and participant. We are trying to establish a new industry standard for a cryptocurrencies classification system. This unique product will hopefully strike a chord with investors.
