Try twitter perhaps: @YobitExchange but I am afraid that also might not work. Is it a signature campaign issue? There is someone who recently got paid after a bit delay: erikalui.
I never participated in their signature campaign.
But yeah, I got paid in April without having to wait and they sent the bitcoins and altcoins instantly to my account:

They are allegedly not paying users who have big amounts in their wallet.
