Import your seed into Electrum. What is the password for? If it's a passphrase then go to Options while typing in your seed, select 'Extend the seed with custom words' and add it as the 12th or 25th word. Also, you might need to select 'BIP39 seed'. As for the paper wallet with the QR code, download Coinomi and scan the code with it (create a new wallet and select Sweep). It will be much easier than typing it in manually. Transfer the funds to an exchange of your choice.
