Sometimes I find it hard to sleep!! guess the internet has distorted my night rest!!
I close my eyes but I think of many things going online without me been there.
read and try to get more accomplished I find out my Night was spent working!
It's crazy how one can be connected to what he does.
When smartphones, internet etc. get in, the percentage of people who can't sleep at night increased. Actually, it is still increasing. People are becoming nocturnal now lol
