Bitcoin isn't a privacy coin, yes, and while privacy features of Monero is good, bitcoin's pseudonymous nature should be enough. Not to mention you can use wallets like Wasabi.

While cryptocurrencies aren't the best for SoV right now, Bitcoin is still the best when choosing a SoV in the cryptocurrency category.
