Now straight to work, there was another crypto mixer that scammed people here. Actually when i saw your domain, i thought it was the one
It is called SmartMix.io and is still very active.
Luckily i discovered it some days ago and included it in my list of ⚠️ List of Bitcoin Mixer or tumbler SCAM/CLONE websites ⚠️
Here are a few quotes from some people who were scammed

as explained i tried first with 0.17 btc which work and they sent me my btc few min later. then i made an new with 2.3 btc and until today no response or no btc sent back to me

I even have picture from my wallet and from there website that i sent the 2.3 btc.
it can even be a tec issue from there site our a scam if its scam i have learn a lesson in the hard way and i want to share my bad experience with users here so no one get in same position as me. if its a tec issue i hope to hear a reply from the owner of this site.

Scammer allows user's first Tx to go through.... Then steals user's BTC on subsequent Tx.
User's first Tx will typically be a small amount to test the service to see if it's a scam. The SmartMix.io scammer processes the small test Txs to make the service appear legit, but then steals the BTC sent via any subsequent Tx, which is typically larger than the initial test Tx. Scammer ignores all contact attempts. Support form on website is meaningless.

We also have been scammed. We sent coins to the wallet they posted and then when we went back to check the transaction somehow the wallet totally changed.

We are sorry that you and others lost money through a dubious provider.
On our site several warnings are displayed during the Mixing Order to alert the user in advance to check the domain name of the website in order to rule out that it is a phishing site.
We also bought additional TLDs that redirect to our domain so that visitors are automatically redirected to the real SmartMixer domain if they visit another TLD.
smartmixer.io is an independent project and is not associated with SmartMix.io or other projects.
Our system works and we have a continuous integration test in the background which guarantees that the system is working properly.
With us every user gets what he is promised.
