In all the crypto, what is the best technical paper one can read?
I'm not saying about learning specific knowledge but reading just technologically advanced things. Also a difference between a technical paper and not a fully technical paper:

Bitcoin whitepaper is not entirely technical
Ethereum yellowpaper is fully technical
