His identity would be at risk, he know that and I believe he will not come back and post, he will protect his identity to remain anonymous.
I think he is still watching the forum, but not gonna post in his real account.
We dont know that he might be posting using other account though he is not revealing himself and just joining random discussion..
While Theymos locked Satoshis main account there are lot of option for him to contribute in some discussions here.
So yes he might be posting or already posting without anyone noticing him
