How it can be that you can't post on their thread if it isn't locked. If the thread isn't lock, everyone is free to post and reply to their ann thread.

I saw your post there, it's not btctalk's buggy thing because I haven't found that bitcointalk has been buggy all of these times. Red-Apple is right, your rank is newbie so there's a cool down that you have to wait until you can post on different threads.
By its name, I thought that this is a wallet but I'm wrong with that.
