You should pitch your idea to start-up incubators like Yellow for example. I doubt you'll find any serious seed investors here, especially if your project is not yet ready, and from what I conclude, there is still no code yet which is why you need to hire developers (CMIIW).
If you're a single man team, that would be more difficult.
If the Rich person is involved all he wants will be maximum profit minimum expenses.
And I don't want to make millions per day by taking from other people's hands.
But I am thinking of pitching here so crowdfunding can be done.
