I have an opinion to increase the assets that I have had to trade altcoin, because the price is still cheap and the potential for growth is still large compared to bitcoin which has become the most expensive digital currency in the world. With small capital,  must be smart at finding opportunities.
Of course to predict the increase in altcoin cannot be separated from bitcoin. The tendency is if the price of bitcoin rises, the altcoin price will rise. Vice versa. So from that the altcoin potential can be predicted if you continue to observe the price movements of bitcoin. That's my personal opinion.
