Just curious, do you see something in Tacko where he might not last long in the NBA? IMO, he can compete in the league, add a few more pounds and he's ready to bang bodies with any bigs out there.
Many giants have come before him and we don't even remember a lot of them because their careers don't last that long. They are prone to injuries. He looks agile now because youth is still in him and he hasn't played the number of games with a high level of competition yet.
I don't know him but did a research now, he is so tall at 7-7 but we don't know if he can run and his size would fit in the system of the Celtics, we know they run. If Boban Marjanovic at this height of 7-3 is very slow, I don't like to expect much of this one, but I but like to be wrong.
Watching those highlights from the summer league this young guy have the height and some basics it will be depends on how the coaching staff will develop him as a big threat inside with his height even his not that strong yet but chances to make a use of him will be a big challenge for the rest of the team.
Tacko can be a good market for Boston as he's being noticed by the fans and they are loving his additions, but everything can only be decided when the season already started..
