Couple of things i'd like to see added though:-
User profiles - so that you can list basic stuff which is the same for all of your rigs such like
Please note that advertised khash/s is worst case scenario and that most times it will be slightly above this. Also be advised that cgminer takes time to switch between pools (normally a couple of mins) if i'm not around (normally 9am - 10pm).
Messages to customers don't appear in the Renter Support section, instead I have to click contact under their name?
Shouldn't feed back be a required item for every order?
Linked to User Profiles - a way of seeing total feedback left, not just for each miner.
A non public comments page for rig owners which they can use as a quick guide to identifying rigs easier (I use a different naming service at home, something which would make no sense to anyone else) so you have the current rig name, but also a private field for owners to make notes such as "In the garage" or "7990s" etc
