Why do you think they're still bearish? Can we have an update from them perhaps? I know they were bearish some time ago during bear market but we need a confirmation on their current status.

Its July / August. The ass generally falls out of the market in late summer.
Its a good time to dollar cost average in. The soft market over the next little while may be your last chance in this price range. This is the last run of accumulation before the teenage bull market from 13k - 18k.
